Fee Schedule

 At Custer Care, we strive to provide compassionate, quality care tailored to each individual’s needs. Below is our current pricing structure for services:

$4,000/month
Includes:

• Private bedroom
• Meals & snacks
• Scheduled activities & socialization
• Health maintenance activities
• Medication assistance
• Laundry & housekeeping
• Essential shopping
• Transportation through insurance to non emergency medical appointments
• Personal care services

$150.00/day (1–14 days in a private room)
Includes all Assisted Living services listed above.

• Clients needing limited assistance: $10.00/hour
• Clients requiring 2-person transfers or assistance eating: $15.00/hour
• Clients needing constant supervision: $15.00/hour

Includes:
• Structured activities
• Noon meal & snacks
• Health monitoring & coordination of services

• In-home care (1–24 hours): $28.00/hour
• Holiday in-home care: $42.00/hour
• Mileage (over 10 miles round trip from Custer Care): $0.585/mile
   

• Whirlpool or Shower: $30.00
• Shower & Toenail Trim: $30.00
• Shower & Hair Set: $30.00
• Toenail Trim: $25.00
• Shave: $6.00
• Catheter Care (emptying drainage bag): $6.00
• Injections (with physician order, syringes provided by client): $10.00
• Blood Sugar Check: $10.00
• Blood Pressure Check: $2.00
• Medication Setup (weekly): $15.00
• Medication Pickup & Setup (weekly): $20.00
