Custer Care offers non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for eligible individuals in Central Nebraska who are approved through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Medicaid transportation program.
Transportation services are provided only through DHHS Medicaid-contracted transportation brokers, including MTM, Inc. and Modivcare, and must be authorized and scheduled through those entities.
Please note:
We are not able to accept private-pay, Medicare, or other insurance plans for transportation services at this time. All rides must be approved and scheduled through an eligible DHHS Medicaid transportation broker.

Scheduling a Ride:
Transportation requests must be made through the appropriate Medicaid transportation broker (such as MTM or Modivcare), who will coordinate the trip with our transportation team once the ride is approved.

Please allow at least 3 business days notice whenever possible to ensure availability and proper coordination.
