Transportation

Custer Care offers non-emergency medical transportation for clients enrolled in our programs and for eligible individuals throughout Central Nebraska. Transportation is provided through approved insurance coverage only — including Nebraska Medicaid, VA benefits, and long-term care insurance providers.

Please note: We are not able to accept private-pay or Medicare for transportation services at this time. All transportation must be scheduled through an approved funding source.

• Multiple standard vehicles for ambulatory riders
• Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
• Driven by trained, caring staff
   

Who We Serve

Transportation may be arranged for:

• Assisted Living residents
• Adult Day Services clients
• Home Care clients
• Respite Care participants
   

All rides must be coordinated in advance and approved through an eligible insurance program.
